Full-board: prices per day per person (minimum 3 days) and include a choise of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, breakfast-buffet, salad-buffet at lunch and dinner, mineral water at meals. Two sunbeds at our partner beach (from the 4th row), and use of beach towels, parking.
Bed and Breakfast: prices per day per person (minimum 3 days) and include night and breakfast-buffet. Two sunbeds at our partner beach (from the 4th row), and use of beach towels, parking.

Tourist tax in addition.

Check-in time is 12,00 a.m. at the latest of the arrival date. Check-out time is 10,00 a.m. at the latest. Missed meals shall not be deducted but replaced with packed meals upon request. Bookings are to be considered fully confirmed only upon a previous deposit.

Classic room: a traditional and welcoming room with a sea-view balcony, single rooms are also available.

seafront room: a confortable room with straight sea-view balcony, LCD-TV 20', soundproof windows, set of complimentary toiletries.

Single rooms are available only in Classic type.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

The rooms are available from 12:30 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. The stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

On the day of departure, hotel services, parking and beach service are not included. Meals not consumed at the hotel will not be deducted from the bill and it will not be possible to recover them (a packed lunch can be requested).

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts or special conditions. Reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of deposit 3 days after request for payment, 30% for stays of at least 7 days, 50% to 100% of the amount for shorter stays.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and is charged to the customer and must be paid in cash. Payment of the stay at check-in by cheques, credit cards (excluding American Express), debit card and cash. In case of early departure, the customer is required to pay a penalty equal to 3 nights.

Cancellation policies:

return of the entire deposit in case of cancellation up to 30 days before check-in
refund of 50% of the deposit in case of cancellation up to 14 days before check-in
the deposit will not be returned in case of cancellations less than 14 days from check-in
